  Placed the order for an appliance via phone with customer rep. Next day received a call from Delran store that they only have a floor unit that I declined. Was told that it will be shipped from another store. Two days later still no updates about delivery. After spending 30+ minutes on phone to get to customer rep I was told that order was cancelled the same day when I received a call from the store. Nobody sent email or called about cancellation. I understand that they may not have item in stock but looks like the store just doesn't care.

  Good quality, clean store with a wide selection of products. Purchased Diamond kitchen cabinets at a great price several years ago. Designers provided an excellent layout.
